Carb Roll ups
These can be eaten as a meal, or
make a delicious hors d'oeuvre.
For each Low Carb Roll Up, use a one
ounce slice of meat or cheese.
Provolone or Swiss are great
choices.
Ingredients:
Roast Beef (one ounce slice) or
Cheese Slice
Filling Suggestions:

- Red Onion

- Cream Cheese Drizzled with

Horseradish Sauce for Beef
1 cup (8 oz.) Sour cream
3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/4 cup Whalen’s Freshly Ground
Horseradish
1 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
